Why Sespre?

Your company data could tell you far more than it does. And your whole team should hear it.

Today the data is split across many tools, giving it to an AI feels risky, and the answers reach only a few people. Sespre fixes all three.

01 Scattered data

Your data is split across many tools, so no one sees the whole picture.

Sales in the CRM, hours in projects, invoices in accounting. The questions that matter cross all three, so today an answer takes days, or the question never gets asked.

  1. Connect once

Your tools sync into one database of your own.

  2. Ask in plain words

Sespre joins the tools for you.

  3. Check the number

Every answer shows its query and rows.

  4. Keep the answer

Save it as a dashboard. It updates after each sync, with no AI call.

02 Security and governance

Your company should set the rules for its AI, and keep it secure.

Connect an AI tool to each of your systems, and every connection is one more way out for your data. Sespre brings the data into one place that you run, and you set the rules there.

  1. One place, not many links

Your tools sync into one database in your own Sespre. The AI works there and gets no keys to your tools.

  2. Only the web you approve

Every web request goes through a firewall: approved domains only, or the person is asked first. Each request is checked for secrets and personal data.

  3. Runs where you decide

Run it in your own cloud account, in the region you choose and behind your own network rules, or in a dedicated one we host in the EU. No other company shares it.

  4. You decide who gets in

Only people your admins add can sign in, with Microsoft Entra ID, Google or a password. A disabled user is out at once.

  5. The AI only reads

It runs read-only queries on the data each team may see and cannot change your systems. Its scripts run in a sandbox with no network.

  6. A record of every change

Every change to who may do what is in the audit log. The firewall logs what it stopped, but never the value it found.

03 The whole team

Everyone should get answers from the data, but not everyone should see all of it.

Today the answers stay with the few who can build reports. In Sespre, every team asks in plain words, and the database decides which data each team reads.

  1. Data access per team

A team reads only the data its managers allow. Postgres enforces it, with a database role for each team.

  2. Roles and Entra groups

Make a member Viewer, Editor or Owner, or pick exact permissions. Add Microsoft Entra groups, updated at each sign-in.

  3. Share one dashboard

Share one dashboard or report with a colleague outside the team. They see it and nothing else. There are no public links.

  4. A Personal space

Every person has a Personal space that nobody else sees, admins included.

Where it runs

You choose where it runs. All of it can stay in Europe.

GDPR and NIS2 reviews ask where the data goes. With Sespre, you pick the cloud and the region, and the AI model runs in the EU.

  1. Yours alone

No other company shares its database or AI model.

  2. Your cloud or ours

Runs in your cloud account, in the region you choose, or in a dedicated one we host in the EU.

  3. EU models only

Hosted in the EU, with the provider you choose.

  4. We see nothing

Our service checks licence and health. It never gets a row, prompt or answer.
